I want a WIFI controlled thermostat without a 3rd wire. NEST told me I needed Gen 3. My electrician told me it won't work without the 3rd wire.
Why can't I talk to a person???? This is a sales issue/technical issue. your website doesn't help me.

Unfortunately, the best you can do is to use the link and instructions in the post below to contact Support. One of the options is a phone callback from Support, which can be in less than a minute, depending on on the time of day and your locale:
