Why is my device not compatible/ Can I make it compatible?

Just trying to get my nest set up after putting it off for months. Got to the stage where it says to enter the wires from the old system and it popped up and said it is not compatible. Is there a way to make it compatible? 
Wires are as follows from left to right:

R, W2/X2, W1,Y,G,O,B

Is that a Trane thermostat? If it is, then it's compatible.

Trane marks the C wire as B on its thermostats.

Just match the labels on this thermostat to the labels on the Nest thermostat and connect the blue B wire to C. You can also ignore the white jumper between the W2 and W1 terminals, as it is not needed.
