Within the last couple of months, my Nest E thermostat has started to switch from Cool to kicking on the furnace during the day. There is no specific time when this occurs, so whenever I call HVAC support, they can't help because aren't there when it starts up. I already verified/cleared the schedule to ensure the settings are correct.
When I turn it off for awhile (several hours), I am then able to turn the Cool back on.
Can anyone assist?
