I've had the Nest Learning Thermostat gen3 for less than a year. Until recently it has worked very well. Now I have the Wifi connection error "w5". I've done the trouble shooting and no change. I see many others have this same issue but the response from Nest is always that they'll get ahold of the customer personally. So, please get ahold of me personally. Although it may help just to publish what you have done to solve it in the forums so we can all see how you resolved their problems.

Since the common troubleshooting steps wouldn't fix it Google sent me a new one on warranty.
