- When you try to connect your Nest Thermostat to your Wi-Fi, is there an error code on your thermostat display? If so, what exactly does it say?
- Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near your Nest Thermostat?
- How far is your Nest Thermostat from your router?
- Can your Nest Thermostat find or detect other networks?
- Could you list the troubleshooting steps you already tried?
