Will not heat

Hello everyone. I have my thermostat set to 70 and it is 62 in my house and the heat will not come on. It says that it will heat in 1 hour. How can I make it heat now. It seems the colder it is outside the more that this happens.

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
