Will the wires be compatible with Nest thermostat

looking to upgrade the thermostat, here is the picture of the wires, please let me know if this will work with Nest thermostat, thanks

Yes, it is compatible with any Nest thermostat.

Just match the labels on the original to the labels on the Nest and ignore the wire colors.

Also, ignore the jumper between RC and RH; the Nest will do it for you if needed.
