Just got a new system and can't really match up the wires with the compatibility tool wire selections.

That looks like a Honeywell thermostat that has a control box usually mounted near the furnace where they connect all the thermostat wires. To use nest you have to remove the control box and connect the wires directly to the furnace control board terminals.

Go to the system end and see where the wires connect is there a white control box with thermostat wires going to it? Take pics of it and the control board in the system look for the screw terminals on the board and take pics.
Then we can help you once we see the system end wiring.
That tstat you have looks like a proprietary one for bryant but if you take some pics if should be able to be replaced by removing the control module on the system end, and moving the wires directly to the correct terminals on the control board.

We will look into it. Thank you!

Yes, I did. Thanks for the follow-up. I am trying to insert it but I have a message saying that I do not have permission to upload images.

Hey Bagent,
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Are you using your phone to post images here? If so, try to close the browser and reboot your phone to see if that helps.
Thanks,
Archie

I had to resize the photo so I moved it to my computer. I resized using the snipping tool and saved it both as a png and a jpg and still got the message. I also tried saving as pdf but got a message that that was an unacceptable format. I think I'll just contact my HVAC guy but I really do appreciate all your help!
