Wiring Base Plate of 3rd Gen. Google Nest Thermostat fails to report voltage on Y1 wire.

Our thermostat started reporting an error code E80 (No power to Y1 wire detected). We thoroughly reviewed the entire AC system and found nothing out of the expected. Next, we turned our attention to the thermostat itself; we removed the wires from the plate and confirmed that all the wires had the correct voltage despite the error message. Finally we installed an old thermostat and everything started working back as expected.

My question is: does anybody know if google sells the wiring base plate (new or refurbished)?
