I'm trying to install a Nest thermostat (regular version, not the learning version) to replace a non-smart Honeywell. My heating system has a heat pump plus an electric furnace for emergency heat. Here's the existing thermostat wiring.
Because of the E and AUX wires, I'm not really sure how to wire the standard Nest thermostat, or even if it will work at all. If the standard Nest will work, how should it be wired? If it is not compatible, would the Learning version work?

Nest Thermostat (2020) isn't compatible with dual fuel systems like this, but Nest Learning Thermostat is. Detailed information below and the compatibility checker you can confirm with.
