Folks - I have a White Rogers 180-51 thermostat that I am trying to replace with a Google Nest Learning Thermostat.
You can see a picture of the thermostat with the wiring diagram below. I was trying to determine compatibility and after working with a Nest consultant determined that the wires O and B are reversible valves so this system is not compatible. I was told to contact a tech to make a relay and make it compatible.
Can anyone provide guidance on how to build a relay to make this compatible? Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi jrrao,
Thanks for posting. Your system is incompatible with our system. However, we have several users who were able to successfully set up one after rewiring their system. Please contact a pro installer to discuss your options.
Best,
Mel
