Wiring compatibility

I’m wondering if my old thermostat is comparable with my new google nest thermostat? My old thermostat wiring is as follows Rc-Red wire.  Y-yellow wire. G-green wire. W/E-white wire. And W2-blue wire. I’m just wondering how these would match up to the nest thermostat.

I would also like to know if W2 wire is a common wire. If so, connect it as it is in the picture above.

Let me know if you have any other questions or require further assistance.
