Wiring compatible or not? (with photo)

Please if anyone can tell whether my existing wiring is compatibile with Nest Thermostat (any model)? Thank you very much.

Hi yat_ming,

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

After looking at the photo, it shows that it is being labeled as numbers and it seems to be a proprietary system. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
