Hi,
I have a weird question about the safety Temperatures for the nest. I sleep with my door closed and the heat set to my bedroom. My worry right now is with it being so cold will the heat kick on if one of the other sensors hit the 45° to keep my pipes from freezing?

You have to tell the Nest what time to use each sensor and it will ignore the Nest temp and control the heat based on the sensor during that time. So at night you want to set it up to use the actual Nest temperature not the sensors in other rooms. It only uses the safety temp for the active sensor or the Nest that you want to be in control.
If you are worried about frozen pipes leave faucets dripping to prevent freezing if you have had this problem before.
This explains the sensors and how to set them up.
