Wrong utility company

Nest Renew is showing my utility company as Duke Energy when in fact CenterPoint Indiana is my utility company.  This is chasing me to lose out on rebates and incentives.  Please help.  Centerpoint Energy is not listed in the utility drop down so there is no way to choose them.

I don't see CenterPoint on the list of energy partners listed here: Nest Renew availability - Google Nest Help so that is likely why the other company is showing. You can still use Nest Renew but the time of use money saving options won't be available.

I will also escalated your post over to a Community Specialist to see if there is any more info to provide...
