Yikes! Thermostat set to 67, room temp is 63

Hi all,

Can't seem to get my bedroom temperature above 63-64.  Thermostat is usually set to 67-68.  If I turn it "off" and back on again, it  works just fine.  Family room temp (has its own thermostat)  is just fine.  Thoughts?  Simple solution? Reset?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? When was the thermostat installed? Do you have other active Nest thermostats? If yes, do they show the same issue? Do you have a schedule set on your thermostat? Also, what country are you located in?
