I have received alert emails saying that my system briefly stopped several times while heating my house. How do I determine which unit is having this issue as I have more than one unit? I had my repair company come out, but they did not find the issue. Any suggestions about what the problem is? There were no external issues like doors being left open, etc. I don’t know which nest product this is or the platform.
