Had issue with thermostat offline. Help said try to delete device from app and re add.
I get to enter the "key" then the app says to "choose the code below that is on your thermostat display" My app is not showing any codes on my phone to choose from. Can not move forward.

Thanks for posting here in the community forum. I’m sorry to know you are experiencing some troubles trying to add your device to the app. Don't worry; let's see what I can do to get it working smoothly again.
The entry key you must introduce in the app can be found behind the display. You just need to remove the thermostat from the back plate and take a look. This is a short code with numbers and letters. However, to get a better understanding of what thermostat you are using, could you tell me what model you have? If you don’t know, check out this article: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
