No heat and I replaced with another Nest thermostat and kept on calling google nest support. They confirmed the 2 thermostats are bad. I am waiting for upper management to approve a replacement.
I am not going to continue buying new nest thermostats, so I am waiting for management to approve a replacement.
Anyone knows how long it takes? Weekend is coming and I need to move out if Google Nest management is not executing on their end.
I was under the assumption that something under guaranty gets replaced right away. anyone with google guaranty experience?
Thanks

I escalated this to a specialist for you.
The will need the case numbers if you have one.

Hi @LakeStreet113,
Thanks for posting here in the community! I understand you haven't received an update on the replacement approval since the Nest thermostats are no longer working as expected. I recognize the importance of resolving this quickly, especially considering your upcoming move, and I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused. I'd be happy to help!
I also appreciate your input, @Patrick_Caezza.
To better assist you @LakeStreet113, it would be very helpful if you could share the case number that Patrick Caezza requested above.
Please keep me posted.
Best regards,
Jenniffer

Yes, It's a shame. I had to get heat, so I got an Ecobee from a local store. I don't think google understands the nature of what they are selling or the support team would executed on this before the weekend. I would not spend another night in a hotel waiting for support to expedite this as needed. My fault for using Google and Amazon for this.
