I bought it, Amazon. Amazon is letting me know that this has to be
returned to Google. Google is telling me to return to Amazon.Which of is

So many reasons. but I would say, customer care 1st. well thought
application. no need to us your phone to access basic features. Also
recommended by my HVAC guy. Nest has too many issues.I'd love to hear
