can’t add hot water onto my nest?

just installed a google nest today but i can control the heating but can’t add the option to control the hot water.

You mean the hot water for the sinks showers or the hot water that flows thru the baseboard/radiators heaters in the rooms?

hot water for the sink and showers. cant manage to add the hotwater mode on my nest.

What kind of hot water heater do you have? Is it connected to a hot water boiler aka a indirect water heater?
