Hi my nest app shows Home and Away icons, but when I press Home to access the temperature nothing displays. How can I access the thermostat using my iPhone?

Could you please take a screenshot of what is the exact thing the page is giving you after you hit "Home"? Please click this link then scroll down to your response and hit reply. Check for the camera icon or click the three horizontal dots to expand the toolbar. From there, you'll be able to reply and share a photo.
