I have 2 iPhones and can remotely change or cancel my thermostat settings with one phone but not the other. The instructions say to scan the code and then find the Entry Key. I cannot find the Entry Key. Help!

You do not configure a Nest thermostat to connect to a phone like pairing a bluetooth speaker. Instead you essentially configure the thermostat once for wi-fi to connect to your account. Once the account is established you can login to that account from any device and manage the Nest devices that have been configured. OR if you want others to manage, say a spouse, children or roomate, you can invite them to do so - they do not need to re-setup up the thermostat.
