I am trying to connect wirelessly to the heatlink.

The thermostat cannot find the network,

The router is in 2,4Ghz mode, it cannot. Tried to connect to a mobilehotspot., nothing.

tried to input the name manually-failed to connect.

I have the error H71  showing up.

connected the thermostat to the heatlink with wires, via T1 and T2 terminals, connected. but if i want to connect worelessly to tghe app, it doesn't find the network, so i have to schdule the heating manually.

Hi dimushor,

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your Nest Thermostat to your Wi-Fi network. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. I understand your Heat Link is connected via the T1 and T2 terminals, and while attempting to set up the app, no Wi-Fi networks are appearing. But don't worry; help is here. I just need to ask for some information to provide the best solution.

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can check the "How to tell which Nest thermostat you have" article to find out.
  • How is the Heat Link currently being powered when you try to pair it?
  • What's the color of your Heat Link's light?
  • Have you tried taking the Heat Link out of manual mode?
  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • Did the issue begin after a power cut or recent work on the heating system? If so, was the thermostat relocated to a new position during maintenance?
  • What is the distance between the Heat Link and the Nest Thermostat display? Are they on the same floor?

Please keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenny
