I think the answer is yes. But I would call  HVAC pro instead of doing this yourself

the issue no wire is labeled in the board

the wire I have as follows:

red

white

black 

yellow

.... I don't know why I have white one even though there is no heating 

i don't have green color for fan speed control

Since there are no labels on your HVAC control board, I echo 1007gary's suggestion. It is best to reach out to an HVAC technician or a local pro.
