compatability between Braeburn 5220 thermostat and programmable nest thermostat

I have a Braeburn thermostat with 5 wires (in pic), for a 2 stage AC/Heat system, and wanting to see compatibility for a programmable  google nest thermostat which only shows 4 wires, if the google nest thermostat is compatible, which wire would not be connected and thx in advance. braburn 5220 thermostat

@blkstar is the white wire in the Braeburn, labeled O/B v3? Do you have a Heat Pump by chance? I do not see any wires in a W for auxiliary heating.
