defective heat link

Hello 

my 2nd génération nest thermostat that I installed over 3 yers ago disconnects from the heat Link several times a day. I carried out all the manipulations without result.

How can I replace the Heat Link only ?

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear your Heatlink disconnects several times a day. I'm happy to help!

 

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • What is the color of your Heat Link light?
  • Did you try to take the Heat Link out of Manual Mode? If not, you can do so by pressing the Heat Link button once. When you see the two green lights underneath the button turn off, the Heat Link is out of Manual Mode.
  • Is it displaying any error code?
  • Has there been any recent work done on your heating system?
