heat link thermostat dead

We have a Nest Blue tooth heat link, The controller has gone dead, i.e. no lights, and no green light,  and won't reset. There's power to the unit,  If the Heat Link is faulty, can we order another?

I had the same issue - I contacted Google Nest support and after a 35min web chat - I was sent a link to get my heatlink replaced (hopefully free of Charge) by BOXT...
