heat link voltage

hello, do nest thermostat heat links 2nd and 3rd generation use high voltage 240v in europe-greece in particular or do i need to provide low voltage and how much in each generation?

i want to replace an old thermostat which is connected to 240v and can find the right answer for both generations.

Thank you for your question @theodan . I will do my best to try and answer.

 

The 2nd and 3rd Generation as well as the E will be able to connect to a high voltage system. The EU versions are designed specifically for the high voltage we have in the EU. The US version is the one that is not compatible as it does not come with a Heat Link.

 

Keep in mind that the 2nd Generation is a product we no longer manufacture or sell. It has been replaced by the 3rd Generation. So if you are looking to get one, get the 3rd Generation.
