Try this
Red - RH to R (jumper to RC not needed)
Blue - Y to Y1
White - W to W1
Green - G to G
I strongly recommend that you add a C wire. If there is a spare wire in the thermostat cable, connect it to the C terminal on each end. If there is one, then use the Google Nest Power Connector. Having a C wire will eliminate any power problems that might crop up in a few years
