I do not believe that one will work with your setup, which seems to be a heat pump with aux heat and emergency heat.

Since OB * is one port, are you saying to connect the Orange and Black wires to that port?

Hi. I have the same 7 wires. And my heat doesn't work. I canot find a way to upload images can you please email me. So i can send you images and be sure i can get it correct. My system is heat pump. Thanks for your time

Why would Google/Nest not tell you how to fix this problem? There is nothing in any instructions about what to do if you have 7 wires.
