i lost wifi connection -

device said it was connected but phone said offline - then i reset the thermostat and now saying i cant connect to Wifi - see nest.com/w2?    there is no help number to call ..  no help at all fromthe website.. wifi works but cant connect  so frustrating

similar problem.  

Lost power and internet.


Reset internet.

I can connect to my network but can't connect to nest app. Gets stuck at entry key step.

Ever find a solution ??

Unfortunately, not yet and I got tired of wasting my time dealing with it today... I guess  i will have to reset the tstat and reenter the passwords, etc. what at PITA.
