iPhone App doesn't show activity

App doesn't let me set temperature, only shows home or away status.  Screen doesn't light up orange or give option to check schedule

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

If you're still getting the same deal from the app, let's try the following steps to further isolate the issue:

• Force-closed the app then re-open it after a couple of seconds.
• Check if there's a pending update for the app or for your iPhone.
• Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
• Restart your WiFi router to refresh all the devices connected to it.
