all of a sudden my passwords are not working for NEST on my iPhone, but is fine on my iPad?
pls help this has never happened before.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. Let's sort this out.
Your iPad must've been able to save your Nest account's password, as you still have access to it. Please make sure to use the right email address associated with your Nest Thermostat in the Nest app. Are you trying to sign in with the Nest app? If so, could you please try to select the "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Nest" options? Then, you can also check your Nest app's or account password from your iPad's settings.
