Rh and W for heating, Rc (jumper) and Y pair for cooling. No C wire. Should be compatible with a Nest Learning Thermostat Gen 3 or a Nest E Thermostat. But if you have a basic Nest Thermostat, it will complain about the missing C-wire. You may have a fourth hidden/unused wire that you can use for this. There is a bunch of info / videos on how you could fix this issue.
You can see the compatibility table and C-wire info here:

Thanks so much for your help.

Yes it is, From my experience you need to have the blue wire connected to the C terminal in your air handler I believe all nests require a common wire

How do I find out if I can change my Honeywell thermostat to a nest? It is gas heat/ac and only has 2 wires a R and C wire

Gas heat, we try to use white in the thermostat wires to bring the gas heat in green wire, fan, red is 24 volt hot, blue is common ,yellow cool , This is how I wire my thermostat is simply pull the cover off see what wires they got going to which designations simply use the nest compatibility checker and I’m sure you’ll match right up in
