just picked up a used gen 3 Nest I have 6 wires Help!

My Honeywell unit has six wires and a jumper 

Honeywell hookup wires to terminals was like this

Red wire to R with a jumper going to RC

White & Orange wires going to the W

Yellow & Brown wires going to the Y

Blue wire going to the G

Nest wire config needed

I have Yellow to W1

Blue wire to G

Orange wire to OB

Red wire to RC

White wire to W1

Brown wire to C

will not power up!  Help
