need help to know if my current wiring will work with the nest

I am currently using a Honeywell VistionPRO IAQ thermostat with a Geo unit with Electric backup heat.

The picture above shows the current wiring. Please advise if the nest learning 4th gen is compatible and advise how I need to wire it Thank you in advance

Also wanting to add that my Honeywell VistionPRO IAQ thermostat controls a waterless Geothermal Unit, controls heating, cooling, controls whole house humidifier, shows outside temperature, filter life.
