won't connect to wifi has low battery won't connect to app. all was working up until about 2 days ago.
do I change battery ,which is internal to unit ? replace the whole nest thermostat ? or just keep pulling my hair out? (don't have much of the last) lol

Let me ask you about the battery information on your thermostat. Please go to: Settings > Technical Info > Power. And share the information you see on your display with me. Also, you can tell me if you see a message on your display when you try to connect your Nest Thermostat with your WiFi network.
