nest.com/w5 error + no wifi detection

SebFloch

Good evening,

For the last few weeks, my Nest Thermostat (linked to Heatlink) stopped detecting wifi. Nest Thermostat displays nest.com/w5 error message. I tried several time to restart and even reset the Thermostat and now it does not detect any wifi network.

Thanks for your help.

I have exactly the same problem and it started when the unit updated to 6.2-22 last week.

What version is your firmware?

Hi, my software version is 5.9-4.5. The nest thermostat has been disconnected from my wifi network for at least 4/5 weeks.
