nest e thermostat with taco 6 zone box

trying to hook up a nest e thermostat to a taco 6 zone panel .  i have 5 wires going to box from thermostat  . when hooked up  3rd wire  to either com or 24v still not working   when hooked up to 24v  it runs for about 3 seconds then shuts off   when hooked up to com it works but says no c wire connected.   bought a power connector but still not able to  get to work Any advice would be helpful   its a boiler only system with 6 zones

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share a photo of how your previous thermostat is wired? Also, how did you wire your Nest Thermostat?
