I've entered the 6 digit code during the setup process. Now the app is asking me to "Choose the last 4 characters of your device's serial number". I have the serial number, but there is no place to enter or "choose" anything. No way to proceed

I have this exact same problem and am unable to enter the last 4 digits of my serial number. I also got the same error with the QR code. HELP!!!

I am sorry to hear you are running into the issue as well when trying to add the device to the app. Let's jump in, and see if we can get you up and running.
