nest thermostat is connected to wifi, signal is strong and the internet is working at a fast speed.  Nest will not stay connected to the server.  It goes offline after a day after I reset it.  After reset it will work for a day or so then go offline again, device shows that it is connected to wifi and my internet is working fine, but nest shows that it is disconnected from server.

I am also having the same issue. I can get it to reconnect but it will not stay connected.

Sooo… what was happening was that google

home was saying it wasn’t connected. But then when I woke up the nest and checked, it did show up as connected to WiFi and also showed up in the app as connected. But every day when I checked the same thing happened again. 
 
I ended up having to delete it from google home, restart it and then re-add it. Finally seems to be working, at least for the last 12 hours 🙂

Same thing for me!

It stays connected for 12 hours and then tells me to check my internet connection.  My internet is fine, signal is "Connected Strong", I've tried updating everything. Go to try to update the thermostat and it says "No Network".  If i restart, it connects fine and says it is updated.  Then 12 hrs later we start all over again.

What really bugs me is the instructions don't even discuss this as an option. It goes straight to must be your internet. It even opens the wrong app through the link. (When I downloaded the link app it tells me I need a different one).

Not going to lie, very annoyed and frustrated.  It's about to come off the wall.
