nest thermostat Error E160, no power to Y1 wired detected

in michigan i had a  power outage, winter, two days. when the power came back on the hvac unit came back on, and the heater is working. but the nest thermostat display says ERROR E160 No power to Y1 wired detected. i can't seem to control the next thermostat and wonder if this error requires an hvac expert? thanks!

Thanks for checking it with us in the Google Nest Community forum. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? Please provide your thermostat's power readout. 

Check out the guide below:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.
