Nest app not working on my iPhone when I try to reset says count already exist. This is my account cannot log into my Nest app. It shows my home but it doesn’t not show my Nest device.

I completely understand your situation. If your Nest App shows the Nest Thermostat is already connected, you can try these steps:
Reset Account Connection: On your Thermostat, go to Settings > Reset > Account Connection.
After you reset the account connection, you'll still find your Thermostat in the app. However, your Thermostat will be listed as "offline," and you'll no longer be able to control it with the app. To remove it from your account and app, you'll need to go to your thermostat's settings.
Get the QR code: On your Thermostat go to Settings > Nest App > Select QR code.
Follow the normal setup process, and you will control your Thermostat and throw your cellphone again.
If the first steps don't change anything, try a factory reset. Settings > Reset > All Settings and follow the setup process.
