I no longer have access to the email assigned to my nest thermostat. How can I change it to my current email?

We are so happy to see you here! I apologize for all this inconvenience with the access on your Nest App. Don't worry, I'm here to help you with that.
To set up your device with your current email first, we need to reset the account connections under the settings.
If the account is still there you can try Settings > Reset > Reset All Settings. Then you can sign in to your Nest app and follow the Set Up Process to control your Nest Thermostat on your phone.
