I have no record of receiving the replacement offer for my Nest generation 2 thermostat. I see no one that has successfully obtained one either. Why is there no apparent path to get this done? Even ChatGPT gives a vague answer about contacting Google.

I had this email last April, I ordered it with the discount and installed it today.

I contacted Google and they called me back but it was pointless. They have absolutely no way of checking to see who/when was contacted with the discount code. We haven’t received our discount code yet and the Google rep was absolutely incapable of checking anything beyond saying, “yes, you qualify.” Horrible customer service! What else can I switch to?

I did the same thing. They told me 24 to 48 hours I should hear back. Fingers crossed!

I did receive an email from Google Home with a link to the Google store. When I added tje Nest 4 it took off $130. Woohoo!

I received the email and when I clicked through the link, it took off the discount. I added the item to my basket but didn't purchase initially. But now, when I return to the tado website, or use the link, the discount isn't appearing. Tried clearing cache/cookies/different browser, but nothing.

I know...weve got the same problem. I think we will end up buying a different make. What terrible Customer Service. We've got a chat number from them but nothing has been resolved. Soooo annoying isnt it!!
