we recently moved and when we set up the nest i am the manager and my husband is part of the family group for about 5 months now he cannot control or connect to the thermostat through the nest app it says it is already connected to an account but we can see it in both our google home accounts if i try to re add him to the family group it just says he is already a member. how can we both use the nest app to control the thermostat without having to search through all our devices in the google home app to find and control the nest. we even tried doing it the other way around him set it up then add me same problem he could then use the nest app and i could not. i have a iphone 13 pro and he has a samsung galaxy of some sort. help!?

Can you see the thermostat in the Nest App?
When you log into the Nest App, do you use the Google login to the Nest login?
