Nest Thermostat

My nest thermostat has been connected for a long time. When I changed phones from I phone 8 to I phone 13 ineeded to set up my new phone but it calls for a 7 digit code that is suppose to come up on the thermostat but when I get to that step it says that it is already connected to the network and doesn't give me the code. I have scanned the code and that went fine but it asked for that 7 digit code. What can I do.

Hey LBA, 

 

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay. 

 

Our Nest thermostat devices require one time setup. If nothing was changed on the WiFi network that they're connected to and you just changed mobile devices, there's no need to go through the setup process again. You just need to login to your Nest or Google Home app using the same email address you've used to set up your thermostat devices and you should be good to go.
