Just got a Nest basic for a rental space. My tenant keeps irregular hours. I programmed a temperature schedule based on his open hours.
I understand he can raise the temp when he's in there by using the wall thermostat. Will it return to my settings after he leaves? Will his doing this change the scheduled temperatures?
I don't mean to be stingy on the heat, but neither do I want to heat an empty space.
