Hi ctoles,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Based on the photo, it looks like it's compatible with the Nest Thermostat. You can wire it to your Nest with the same labels except that you don't have to include the jumper wire. You can also click on this link to learn about setting up the Nest Thermostat.

Hiya ctoles,

 

The jumper wire is the little wire "jumping" from the W2 terminal to the E terminal. You can go ahead and remove that if you use a Nest Thermostat
